Stoep - The stoep is situated on the 3rd floor of the house and has a small covered area with built in bar and fridge freezer. It has a very large open area for sun tanning with a large deck table, outside lounge suite and braai facilities. The sea view from the stoep is one of the best in Ponta.

General - The property is fully walled with enough space to park at least 5 cars. Sea Breeze has a full time house boy who will service the on a daily basis. Please note that the only thing Sea Breeze will NOT provide is Towels.

CASA BELLE

Casa Belle is situated on the Malongane road about 500m from the four way crossing when you come into Ponta do Ouro(suburban area). The house is fully equipped for self-catering and has an open plan lounge with DSTV, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer & chest freezer. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is double storey with an outside staircase.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: 2 x bunk beds (sleeps 4 people).

First Floor: 2 bedrooms (both with aircon) and one bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Kitchen, lounge and dining room on first floor.

Upstairs patio with sea view

Approximately 300m walk to the beach in front of the house.

PETE’S PLACE

Pete’s Place is a newly built, modern double storey house on the hill overlooking the town of Ponta do Ouro and the sea. The house is fully equipped for self-catering with a state-of-the-art kitchen, scullery, guest toilet, lounge with TV and a large dining room. The sea view patio (with gas braai) and garden with swimming pool provide ample space for entertaining and children to play. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (all en-suite). Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Bedroom 3: Double bed. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds and sleeper couch. Bedroom 5: Double bed. Sleeps max. 12 people

All 5 bedrooms have aircon

Owner’s boat can be rented at an additional daily charge – please enquire if interested.

SEA VIEW PLACE

Sea View Place is a large house situated on the hill overlooking town square and the sea. There are 3 bedrooms is the main house with 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The main bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite with aircon, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with aircon and the 3rd bedroom has 2 x bunk beds and a ceiling fan. There is a large kitchen with a scullery, fridge/freezer and chest freezer, gas stove and oven.

There is large wooden dining room table that seats 10 persons and a big lounge with lounge suite and full SA DSTV and DVD player. The outside area is amazing with sea views , large undercover patio with braai and huge deck with bar.

There is a walk way down to bottom road which is around 200m from the beach and 100m from main shops

The house is serviced daily and there is a guard from 18h00 – 06h00.
