Stoep - The stoep is situated on the 3rd floor of the house and has a small covered area with built in bar and fridge freezer. It has a very large open area for sun tanning with a large deck table, outside lounge suite and braai facilities. The sea view from the stoep is one of the best in Ponta.

General - The property is fully walled with enough space to park at least 5 cars. Sea Breeze has a full time house boy who will service the on a daily basis. Please note that the only thing Sea Breeze will NOT provide is Towels.

Casa Belle is situated on the Malongane road about 500m from the four way crossing when you come into Ponta do Ouro(suburban area). The house is fully equipped for self-catering and has an open plan lounge with DSTV, dining room and kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is double storey with an outside staircase.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: 2 x bunk beds (sleeps 4 people).

First Floor: 2 bedrooms (both with aircon) and one bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Double bed. Kitchen, lounge and dining room on first floor.

KaniMambo is a renovated house in the suburban area of Ponta do Ouro. It’s a double storey house with an outside staircase and a roof top patio from where you can enjoy sundowners or a braai.

There is a sea view from the roof top patio and a large garden out front.

Inside the house you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. There is a separate laundry and a double parking space outside the house.

Ground Level: 2 inter-leading bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)

First Floor: 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed. Bedroom 2: Double bed. The kitchen and lounge are also on the first floor.

Pete’s Place is a newly built, modern double storey house on the hill overlooking the town of Ponta do Ouro and the sea. The house is fully equipped for self-catering with a state-of-the-art kitchen, scullery, guest toilet, lounge with TV and a large dining room. The sea view patio (with gas braai) and garden provide ample space for entertaining and children to play. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (all en-suite). Bedroom 1: Double bed.
